Come experience the sport that American Ninja Warrior inspired.

In house competition only, If you have placed in the top 3 at any Grip Competition you will be ineligible to sign up.
This is the perfect opportunity for any beginners wanting to try a competition.

Come and see how well you can do on our courses. 
Our competition will follow UNAA (3 misses) rules and age/categories based on your age as of February 7, 2026. With a bonus speed run that each competitor will run 2x

Tentative Schedule

Ages 5-6 – 9:00am-10:30am
Ages 7-8 – 11:00am-1:00pm
Ages 9-10 – 1:00pm-3:00pm
Ages 11-13 – 3:00pm-5:00pm

UNAA Regional – Season 11

May 8-9

 We’re excited to be hosting a UNAA Season 11 Regional Competition at The Grip Ninja. 

 The Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association (UNAA) is one of the largest and most established ninja warrior style obstacle course racing leagues in the world. 

 There are divisions for children starting at age 6 through 50+ mature adults and every age in between. All divisions will be included in this event. 

 Our competition will follow UNAA rules and age/categories based on your age as of January 1, 2026.

Specific start times for each age group will be determined soon. However, there may be a limited number of contestants in each division to make sure each group can start at their scheduled time.
